🛒 Ingredients:

  • 3 medium cucumbers, peeled and chopped

  • 2 cups celery, chopped

  • ¼ cup fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or mint)

  • ½ cup plain yogurt or coconut milk (optional, for creaminess)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt to taste

  • Cold water as needed (for desired consistency)

Instructions:

1. Steam the Vegetables:
